How is this patentable?

Apparently the USPO has granted some web design company a patent that basically gives them the ability to charge for using Flash, Flex, Java, Ajax, and XAML ?

How did they allow this?

So now I have to pay for Flash,Flex from Adobe and then pay this web design company that DIDN'T invent a damn thing to be able to use it on my site?
